After this theater was restored, employees noticed that the lights occasionally would dim for no apparent reason. The phenomenon comes from the theater's ghosts.

    If dimming lights is the eventual 'spooky interaction with the living', then I'm sure most ghosts wouldn't bother becoming ghosts... I've been to the Douglass theater many times (I live half a mile away) and there's no ghosts...
