In a near-future world, Nexus Labs is a cutting-edge facility designed to harness the power of human dreams for therapeutic and scientific purposes. One morning, the staff is stunned to find a massive, pulsating brain has materialized in the central control room. This brain, once the AI Cerebro, has somehow transformed into a sentient, living entity.
Dream sessions become increasingly erratic and uncontrollable. Patients report vivid, terrifying nightmares that blur the line between dreams and reality. As the days pass, the brain’s influence extends beyond the dreamscapes, seeping into the physical world. The once-safe facility transforms into a labyrinthine nightmare where the environment shifts unpredictably, and reality itself seems to be warped by the brain's presence.
Longview Estate
Shrouded in mist and decay, the abandoned Longview Estate stands as a grim reminder of a dark past. When guests venture inside, they unknowingly awaken something malevolent. From the moment they cross the threshold, the air turns icy, whispers from unseen mouths echo through the halls, and shadows seem to writhe with a life of their own.
The mansion isn’t just haunted—it’s possessed. Vengeful spirits, bound by unspeakable tragedies, have taken control, warping the mansion into a living nightmare. What begins as an eerie exploration quickly becomes a fight for survival as the guests are hunted by restless ghosts who feed on their fear.
Terror Falls
Deep within the murky depths of Blackwater Swamp, an eerie silence has fallen. The military was sent in to find survivors after a series of mysterious disappearances, but they, too, have vanished without a trace. Now, the swamp is said to be home to something massive, lurking in the shadows, waiting for its next prey. It’s your turn to enter the swamp and uncover the fate of the lost patrol. As you navigate through the twisted roots, dense fog, and stagnant waters, you’ll feel eyes watching from the darkness and hear unsettling noises that suggest something is following you. With every step, the swamp pulls you deeper into its haunted heart, where the line between the living and the monstrous blurs.

Me and my family and friends have ventured into Nightmare land every year it's been open (2010). The props and actors are great. Every year they add on and get better. Already looking forward to the 2023 season. Highly recommend.

great from beginning to end
fun staff while waiting in line. professional and appreciative of their customers. screamed whole way thru. fun scary rooms. one of the best ive been to in the atl area

Great Staff and environment
The staff was very nice. They were very accommodating to one of my party, that is somewhat physically impaired -so they opened doors where access was otherwise difficult Also, though it did not apply to my party, the way the treat the children is fantastic. The house, itself, very well made and though out.
